Straight talk about SMS approval

Business texting in the U.S. has to be approved before it can send. We make it as fast as possible by submitting your registration for you — but approval comes from the carriers and the messaging authority (TCR), not from us. Two things to know:

  • Use the app right away. Booking, scheduling, the TV board, container tracking, and calling work on day one. Only texts from your tenant to your own customers wait on approval.
  • Accurate info = faster approval. Give us complete, factual business details (legal name, EIN, address, opt-in). Incomplete or inconsistent info is the #1 cause of delays and rejections.
